Watched the "Bank of Dave" on Channel 4 last night and simply loved that guys drive and motivation! What Dave is trying to do to help businesses in Burnley, we at PWP Web Design are trying to do for small businesses in the UK - and across the English speaking world.
I strongly believe it all comes down to focus. You can try and build a business that has monetary goals, or possession goals - But I know that these don't give business owners enough drive to run a successful company. The focus needs to be on providing the best service for your customers. If you do they will come back, they will recommend you to others. You could have an exploding business with thousands of highly delighted customers. How nice would that be?
That is my aim, and PWP Web Designs aim to have delighted customers. that is to say delighted customers over satisfied customers.
To delight them and keep them coming back for me you have to understand their needs. Do what Dave does and actually go out, meet them and ask them questions. And in the field that is search engine optimisation, education plays a huge role in building trust and rapport with your clients. If we educate but don't get a sale I am happy, if we educate and get a sale I am highly delighted.
